Dialogic's Acquisition of Cantata Technologies

The management team, stockholders and employees of Dialogic Corporation (“Dialogic”) are pleased to announce the acquisition of all outstanding shares of EAS Group Inc. (“EAS”) by Dialogic.

Subsidiaries of EAS include Cantata Technology, Inc, Excel Switching Corporation, Brooktrout Technology, Inc. and SnowShore Networks Inc. These subsidiaries are collectively referred to as "Cantata". The combination of these companies will bring together two market segment leaders in open communications solutions. The addition of the SnowShore®, Brooktrout®, and Excel® product lines to the already broad Dialogic® product portfolio will increase your technology choices, while maintaining the strong business and technical relationships you already enjoy with Dialogic.

The sale is effective immediately, with a short transition period beginning today. Through the end of the year, the supply chain and distribution channels for the two businesses will remain separate. All currently shipping Cantata products will be transitioned to the Dialogic order processing system by early 2008. Updates to the Dialogic price list and product catalog are expected to be communicated by December. Please note that any existing agreement you have with Dialogic remains unchanged and in full force and effect.

Dialogic is committed to delivering the highest level of customer support to all current and new customers. Customer access to support remains unchanged via the same phone numbers, e-mail or web interfaces you use today. A smooth merger of the customer support organizations is expected to be completed by early 2008. Customer account teams will be unchanged and you will continue to receive the same high level of account relationship your currently have.

The number one priority for the combined Dialogic and Cantata organizations is to provide a smooth transition for our customers, with minimal business disruption. You will be receiving additional information as the transition progresses at approximately 30 day intervals.
